The organic sweets industrial products represent special quality and high added value. In case of organic products the consumers’ expectations in connection with quality and with the products’ exemption of chemicals are a lot higher. In our research we scrutinized the organic products within the consumer habits of confectioneries. We attach importance to get these products a significant role in organic foodstuffs. Achievements of researches all show that our wrong nutrition habits are responsible for the expansion of the illnesses of civilization.
