This thesis investigates the relationship between personality types and organizational culture as measured by job satisfaction. By using questionnaires, the Big-Five Personality Dimensions, and secondary research I will examine intricacies of the person-organization fit. Having a misalignment would result in decreased employee performance and increased employee turnover. Employee turnover harms an organization financially, as the costs of hiring an employee from recruitment to the recruitment of a replacement summate to thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
