We experimentally demonstrate, for the first time to the best of our knowledge, an integrated microwave photonic phase shifter with ultra-high dynamic range. We achieved 2π tunable phase shift with amplitude variation of < 1 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range of 121.6 dB • Hz 4/5
