ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable for employees of Aston Pontianak Hotel & Convention Center. The form of this research is to use a quantitative approach. The technique used in sampling is non-random (Non Probability Sampling), with a saturated sampling method. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Aston Pontianak Hotel & Convention Center , totaling 96 people. Testing is done by analyzing the test results data quality, classic assumption test, path analysis(pathanalisys),hypothesis testing, coefficient determination and test kelayakanmodel using SPSS version 25.
