Background Pathogenic germline variants in Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 4 Cation Channel (TRPV4) lead to channelopathies, which are phenotypically diverse and heterogeneous disorders grossly divided in neuromuscular disorders and skeletal dysplasia.
