Meta-analysis of organizations e-readiness researches in Iran

In recent decades, we have witnessed new developments in ICTapplications in different fields of life. The current dynamic and turbulent business environment has forced organization to change their traditional methods of conducting business. Hence, it is important for organizations to evaluate e-readiness to use the advantages of recent developments in information technology. The ever-increasing number of studies on e-readiness and scattered information in this field has sparked the interest of this research in a systematic and scientific manner. This paper, using meta-analysis method and Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software (CMA2), aggregated the findings of 15 master theses and six articles. A total number of 23 studies were selected according to inclusive criteria. The finding of this study confirmed the important of variables such as human resource, management factors,Organizational capabilities, infrastructure, economic factors and environmental factors on the e-readiness of Iranian organization. Finding also show that there are some moderating factors that affect researches results
