This study examines the impact of information technology on human resource management practices in the insurance industry. The aim of this study is to investigate electronic human resource management (e-HRM) in top Iranian insurance companies. To achieve this, 12 top insurance companies were selected based on IMI ranking in 2014 (financial year of 2013). The companies and their websites were analyzed as the sample of Iranian insurance industry using content analysis methodology. The analysis was performed considering factors such as e-recruitment, e-learning, e-compensation, and e-reward and their related sub-factors.
