Background: Gout is one of the most prevalent inflammatory arthritis in the world. It is associated with non-modifiable factors like age gender and genetics and modifiable risk factors like life style changes. Objective: To determine the co-morbidities of gout in patients presenting at tertiary care hospital Peshawar.
