BackgroundThere is limited evidence exploring the maternal and neonatal complications of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) following singleton or twin pregnancies. Further, there have been no reviews completed examining the possible risk factors associated with GDM in singleton compared to twin pregnancies.
