In vitro, fifteen extracts from higher plants (leaves, barks and roots) were tested for inhibition of miceliual growth of Sclerotinia sclerotium, Sclerotium rolfsii, Fusarium moniforme, Rhizobacteria solani and antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato Culture discs with 6 mm diameter containing fungal mycelium were placed in the middle of each Petri dish with BDA.
