Industrial Placement in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta

The aim of this Industrial Placement is to implement all the writer's knowledge and skills gained from the campus, especially in the Housekeeping Department. The writer understands that what was learned on campus later on in the real industry will be very different. This Industrial Placement program is also helpful for writers to gain experiences, knowledge, and connections, especially in the hospitality industry. The Industrial Placement takes place in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta for six months. This report was created to measure the writer's ability to practice the knowledge obtained to be implemented in the real industry. There are some problems that the writer experienced while training in the Housekeeping Department at Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. However, all of these problems can be solved by developing work performance and do not be afraid to ask the expert. This report contains the details of workflow during training, the responsibilities in each position in Housekeeping Department, and the experiences of the writer during Industrial Placement in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta from 4 July 2019 to 7 January 2020, which can be a reference for Hotel Operation’s student who will be take an Industrial Placement in hotel particularly in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta
