The purpose of industrial placement program from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara is to fulfill one of the curriculum requirements and to improve the writer’s skill in Room Division Department, specifically in Housekeeping Department. This program began in July 2019 and ended in December 2019. The industrial placement program is important for the writer because it can enhance both skills and experience by working directly in the real industry. By reading this report, hopefully reader can gain knowledge about how the condition while working in the hotel industry is and what kind of activities which are performed. Problem which the writer encountered while studying is how to manage time to make bed fast enough but ready to sell. This problem can be solved by constant practice to.
