Dampak Kinerja Sektor Pertanian Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Pulau Sumatera Tahun 2015-2020

This study aims to analyze the impact of agricultural sector performance on people's welfare on the island of Sumatra in 2015-2020. The analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis. There are four variables used in this study, namely HDI as the dependent variable and agricultural sector GDP, agricultural sector labor, agricultural commodity exports, and agricultural sector investment as independent variables. The best model chosen was the REM (Random Effect Model) with the results obtained that the agricultural sector GDP variable and agricultural sector investment had a positive effect on HDI, agricultural sector labor had a negative effect on HDI, agricultural commodity exports had no effect on HDI
