The aim of this thesis was to develop a tool for tracking broiler chickens in commercial breeding. To do this, a series of tests were carried out, first in a controlled environment (experimental) and then in commercial breeding. It was established as the best way to capture the images. A model of neural networks was then trained from a database of images from the various recordings made. Following the development of this broiler chicken detection tool, a chicken tracking algorithm was developed to generate a set of data on the position of chickens and their identification under the camera's field over time. Finally, a few algorithms have been developed which make it possible to translate these raw tracking data into the form of distribution...
