This paper assessed the impact of motivation on job performance and satisfaction of healthcare workers in Federal Medical Centre Jalingo, Taraba State-Nigeria. Data were collected from the primary source using a survey research design. A sample of 80 respondents was drawn and used to represent the entire population of the study. The research instrument was validated and tested using Alpha Cronbach with a reliability coefficient of 0.80. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics of frequency, simple percentage, mean and standard deviation.
