Gestión empresarial en una empresa de servicios contables y financieros de Cajamarca

The purpose of this article is to describe the business management in an accounting and financial services company in Cajamarca. The methodology approached was from the quantitative approach, through a non-experimental design with descriptive scope, the technique for data collection was the survey, applied by means of a questionnaire to the workers. The results were that the business management of the study unit presents a regular level in 71%. It can be concluded that the company has deficiencies in management.El propósito del presente artículo es describir la gestión empresarial en una empresa de servicios contables y financieros de Cajamarca. La metodología abordada fue desde el enfoque cuantitativo, mediante el diseño no experimental con alcance descriptivo, la técnica para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, aplicada mediante el cuestionario a los trabajadores.
