La mujer maltratada en la región norte de Sinaloa, México: Un perfil psicopatológico.

The main objective of this study was to design a psychopathological profile of the victim of domestic abuse in the northern region of the state of Sinaloa, Mexico based on the results obtained in the gestalt psychodiagnostic test (TPG) and in the SCL symptom inventory. -90. We worked with a total of 15 women whose ages fluctuated between 25 and 42 years. All of them had attended a consultation for domestic abuse at the Municipal Institute for Women in the municipality of Ahome, Sinaloa. The results collected in the research show that the main psychopathological entities suffered by women victims of domestic violence are depression and anxiety, which are directly represented in the SCL-90 and in TPG are shown through the blocks: procrastination, desensitization, projection, introjection, and retroflexion; In this way, it is understood that the contact zone most affected by this type of situation is the intermediate zone, although it partially affects the internal zone and the external zone.El objetivo principal de este estudio fue diseñar un perfil psicopatológico de la víctima de maltrato doméstico en la región norte del estado del de Sinaloa, México a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el test de psicodiagnóstico gestalt (TPG) y en el inventario de síntomas SCL-90.  Se trabajó con un total de 15 mujeres cuyas edades fluctuaban entre los 25 y los 42 años. Todas ellas habían acudido a consulta por maltrato doméstico al Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres en el municipio de Ahome, Sinaloa. Los resultados recabados en la investigación muestran que las principales entidades psicopatológicas que sufren las mujeres víctimas de violencia doméstica son la depresión y la ansiedad, las cuales están representadas de manera directa en el SCL-90 y en TPG se muestran a través de los bloqueos: postergación, desensibilización, proyección, introyección y retroflexión; de esta manera, se entiende que la zona de contacto más afectada con este tipo de situaciones es la zona intermedia, aunque afecta parcialmente la zona interna y la zona externa
