International audienceDespite its deleterious consequences for statistical inference and its ubiquity in observationalresearch, exposure measurement error is rarely accounted for in epidemiological studies. Basically,standard correction methods, like regression calibration or SIMEX, often lack the flexibility to accountfor complex patterns of exposure uncertainty.
