Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Perawatan Luka Episiotomi pada Ibu Post Partum di Klinik Pratama Niar

ABSTRACT Episiotomy is an incision made through the perineum which is used before giving birth and aims to widen the baby's exit so as to facilitate delivery. Perineal care is the fulfillment of needs that nourish the area between the thighs which is limited by the vulva and anus in Post Partum Mothers in the period between the birth of the placenta until the return of the genetic organs as before pregnancy. Episiotomy area or incision wounds take time to heal 6 to 7 days, wounds on the perineum due to Episiotomy, rupture or laceration. The act of cleaning the vulva can provide an opportunity for careful inspection of the perineal area. The author can describe the application of health education to care for episiotomy wounds in post partum mothers. Using health education on Episiotomy care in post partum mothers. The participant is Mrs. L and Mrs. R with Post partum who underwent Episiotomy action. The instrument used is a leaflet about Episiotomy wound care. Shows that after conducting health education about episiotomy wound care for post partum mothers, it is hoped that post partum mothers can apply episiotomy wound care. Conclusion: Episiotomy wound care properly and correctly can accelerate wound healing. Keywords: Post partum, Episiotomy Wound, Health Education ABSTRAK Episiotomi merupakan insisi dibuat melalui perineum yang digunakan sebelum melahirkan dan bertujuan memperluas jalan keluar bayi sehingga mempermudah persalinan. Perawatan perineum adalah pemenuhan kebutuhan yang menyehatkan daerah antara paha yang dibatasi vulva dan anus pada Ibu Post Partumdalam masa antara kelahiran plasenta sampai kembalinya organ genetik seperti pada waktu sebelum kehamilan. Area Episiotomi atau luka sayatan membutuhkan waktu untuk sembuh 6 sampai 7 hari, luka pada perineum akibat Episiotomi, rupture atau laserasi. Tindakan membersihkan vulva dapat memberi kesempatan untuk melakukan inspeksi secara seksama di daerah perineum. Penulis dapat mendeskripsikan penerapan Pendidikan kesehatan perawatan luka episiotomi pada Ibu Post partum. Menggunakan pendidikan kesehatan perawatan Episiotomi pada ibu Post partum. Partisipan adalah Ny. L dan Ny. R dengan Post partum yang mengalami tindakan Episiotomi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu leaflet tentang perawatan luka Episiotomi. Hasil : Menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang perawatan luka episiotomi terhadap ibu Post partum di harapkan ibu Post partum dapat mengaplikasikan perawatan luka Episiotomi. Perawatan luka Episiotomi secara baik dan benar, dapat mempercepat kesembuhan luka. Kata Kunci : Post partum, Luka Episiotomi, Pendidikan Kesehata
