Pengaruh metode pemberian Rekombinan growth hormone (rGh) terhadap laju pertumbuhan benih ikan badut (Amphiprion Percula) Badut (Amphiprion percula)

This study aims to determine the best method and the effect of the hormone rGH on the growth of clown fish seeds. This research was conducted at the Wet Laboratory of the Faculty of Marine Sciences and Fisheries at the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji. in May 2019 for 30 days in the method used was experimental with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Using data analysis with One-Way ANOVA showed that the combination method of rGH hormone produced the best growth, where absolute weight growth (84 mg), absolute length growth (3,3 mm), specific growth rate (0, 29%), survival (83.33%).Penellitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode terbaik dan pengaruah hormon rGH  terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan Badut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium basah Fakultas ilmu kelautan dan perikanan Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. pada bulan Mei 2019 selama 30 hari di Metode yang digunakan ialah eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan.
