In this research, the incidence of organizational climate and job satisfaction within Higher Education Institutions (IES) was determined as the main objective. It is necessary to mention that the present study was developed at the "Vicente León" Higher Technological Institute (IST). A methodology based on the qualitative approach was used. For the study of the variables, two instruments were used aimed at the population made up of 60 collaborators, teaching, and administrative staff. The Chi square method was used for the respective hypothesis test and evaluation of results.
