CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL Y SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR

In this research, the incidence of organizational climate and job satisfaction within Higher Education Institutions (IES) was determined as the main objective. It is necessary to mention that the present study was developed at the "Vicente León" Higher Technological Institute (IST). A methodology based on the qualitative approach was used. For the study of the variables, two instruments were used aimed at the population made up of 60 collaborators, teaching, and administrative staff. The Chi square method was used for the respective hypothesis test and evaluation of results. The main results obtained highlight the strong statistical correlation between the study variables and the relevance in the organizational development of the IST "Vicente León".En la presente investigación se determinó como principal objetivo la incidencia del clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral dentro de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). Es preciso mencionar que el presente estudió se desarrolló en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico (IST) “Vicente León”. Se utilizó una metodología basada en el enfoque cualitativo. Para el estudio de las variables se utilizaron dos instrumentos dirigidos a la población constituida por 60 colaboradores; docente y personal administrativo. Se utilizó el método de Chi cuadrado para la prueba respectiva de hipótesis y evaluación de resultados. Los principales resultados obtenidos destacan la fuerte correlación estadística existente entre variables de estudio y la relevancia en el desarrollo organizacional del IST “Vicente León”
