While evidence exists for the negative and positive effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdown on the mental health and wellbeing of adolescents and parents separately, the potential impact of lockdown, and the effective coping strategies that have been used have so far, by both children and their parents still needs to be explored.
