The democracy in national and global state

In this article is discussed about the influence of globalization to national states. The process of globalization itself is an object of various discussions. Pluses and minuses of it are mentioned very often, but nobody can disclaim that it determines the restrictions of sovereignty of national state in economic, military, political, judicial, cultural and other realms. We all know that the sovereignty is a base of whatever state, so the restrictions of it are very painful. Globalization is not onetime state or rectilinear process. That is why we can find some new facts connected with it every day. Now we can see that the economy is developed globally, various international organizations seek to set rather strict equal demands to member states and is tried to unify laws of different countries. All this leads us to global state. But we have to agree there are same problems that one state cannot solve and a collaboration of states is necessary. So a consolidation of countries is not harmful factor itself, just countries must be guarded and do not let to anybody to violate the limits of its sovereignty
