New Labour Code brought many innovations and changes into the national legal system. One of the most important topics – relations between legal entity and it’s manager. Numerous changes have been made to labour law, which must be of benefit to make the rights and obligations of the manager more clear. The article presents the labour law regulation that existed until July 2017, how the institutes had been regulated, compared to the new regulation. Discussing and highlighting any changes made, presenting the new judicial practice makes this analysis practical one.
