Mykolas Romeris had published quite number articles of law theme. Most of them are referred to polity (regime). Basics of them are two: presidential and parliamentary. The latter is classified: classic parlamentarism, which was in England in 19th century and Continental Europe, which was absorbed from England, a little bit perverted and leaded to the dictatorship.
