The conceptions related to mental element of a crime (forms of fault) in Lithuanian, German and English criminal Law are very sightworthy because in different law systems exist different definitions of elements of an offence. In some ways it seems unlike to each other because of difference of the notions (for example definition of Intention in different law systems), but on the other hand, especially when we look at the content of mental element of a crime, we can find a lot of similarities, for example in Lithuanian and German Criminal Law.
