The first part analyzes the identity and identification in electronic space category. The second part is dedicated to discussing and systematizes techniques and forms of identity theft in electronic space. The third paragraph proposes the conception of the identity theft in electronic space. The fourth paragraph analyzes identity theft in electronic space as the individual crime, and proposes criminalize aspects.
