Mosque revitalization is one of the prioroties of Muhammadiyah programs since 2010. This study elaborates the program of Garbage Charity as a part of Empowering Mosque Community particularly in the aspects of belief, religious pratice, volunteerism. This program will be analyzed incorporating Social capital theory (Putnam, 2001) consisting norms, trust and networks in relation with the Mosque community norms, and how to develop it, build the networks and the trust among the Jamaah with the innovative program-Garbage donation and its implication.
