International audienceThe question of the naturalness of products from the food industry is an increasingly important issue for the firms. They are particularly interested in the consumer's perception of this naturalness, with questions of whether the consumer can still consider, and under what conditions, that a product that has been produced by the food industry is considered natural. The research aim is to understand the French consumer representation of naturalness of a food product. To do this, a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, using the MIEL method.
