Two loci were found to be associated with COVID-19 susceptibility reach the significance threshold of suggestive association (P −5 threshold adjusted for multiple trait testing) in the EUR group: the rs17448496 at locus 5q32 showed a suggestive association with serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B (PPP2R2B), and the rs768632395 at locus 11p12 showed a suggestive association with Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 4C (LRRC4C).
