IMPLEMENTING A WEB APPLICATION TO MANAGE PERSONAL ONLINE COURSES AND PROJECTS

For long time, the existing system report of personal courses and projects of a student, the professors need to read the report of personal courses and projects issued from the system. This is passive interaction since the professor cannot respond in a timely manner to give the student direction or introduce the next courses to fulfill his skills or knowledge. This thesis gives a look at developing a desktop application to help the student in recording and updating his or her personal online courses and projects, then connect to a relevant professor to get advice as soon as the course is updated. The application is created using React, Firebase Authentication and Firestore Database from Google Cloud. The thesis introduces framework, tools, architect pattern to build the application. Moreover, a Backend-as-a-service solution is considered as a new approach method with the idea to simplify the building app process while still maintaining the flexible and instantly updating advantages of the application. At the end, a final web application can be stored all information of the personal course/project list together with its comments and advice for the next courses or direction of research
