Poligami melalui nikah sirri pada kelompok salafi (studi pada keluarga salafi di Kelurahan Ciwedus Kota Cilegon Banten)

This article explains that salafi groups practice polygamy by means of Sirri marriage. They do it on the basis of their religious law. Then this study aims to find out why salafi groups practice polygamy. Besides this, it is also to find out how the concept of polygamy in the salafi group is reviewed according to the Marriage Law and the Nazāriyat al-HudūdMuhammad Syahrur theory. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data extracted comes from field notes, interview scripts, notes, and others. While the legal sources collected include the first, primary data by conducting interviews with the focus of the subject being studied is a family of salafi groups. Second, secondary data includes books, journals and others. Data analysis techniques are from two aspects, namely empirical and theoretical. The results of the study showed that all of the respondents studied practised polygamy through unregistered marriage for various reasons. The study's conclusion shows that when viewed from Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, it was found that all sources did not meet the requirements. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Nazariyyat al-Hudud'stheory, two concepts will emerge, namely, hadd fi al-kammand hadd fi al-kayf
