Professional orientation of children - clients of Children's home

As the topic of my bachelor thesis, I chose professional orientation of children from a children's home. Studying high school and then choosing a profession is part of everyone's life. Professional orientation shapes and develops the professional goals of a young person. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the degree of motivation of children from children's homes and the influence of social workers on the professional orientation of children. The thesis consists of two units. The theoretical part describes institutional care, children's homes, professional orientation and perspective orientation. The practical part is a qualitative research survey. Based on questionnaires and interviews, I try to answer basic research questions: Are children from children's homes interested in high school? How do children choose high school? What kind of tools do social workers of the children's home use to motivate children
