The aim of this diploma master is to analyse the purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of a shopping centre, evaluate recent changes and propose possible measures to improve the current situation. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information that is necessary for understanding the issue. There are mentioned factors affecting shopping behaviour, purchasing decision-making process, customer satisfaction and the definition of retail and shopping centre. The practical part is focused on the analysis of purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of shopping centre. An anonymous questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary information.
