Social farming - Specifics and needs of target groups of clients in social farming in the Czech republic

This thesis deals with the specifics and needs of people from target groups involved in the concept of social agriculture in the Czech Republic. Based on the collected data, a total of seven key target groups were selected who are actively involved in the concept of social farming, namely people with disabilities, people with mental disabilities, people with psychiatric problems, people with long-term or repeated unemployment, people in or after punishment, persons leaving institutional care and persons with multiple risks.
