Inclusion of a Child with Mental Impairment and Developmental Dysphasia in an Ordinary Nursery

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is inclusion of a child with mental impairment and developmental dysphasia in an ordinary nursery. The thesis is a case study of a particular child. The aim is to describe the issue of integration of a child with mental disabilities and developmental dysphasia in a regular type of a kindergarten. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the terms associated with the issue of mental retardation and impaired communication skills, defines the concept of developmental dysphasia, diagnosis of these children, cooperation with school counselling facilities, care system of these children and legislation connected with inclusion. The methods and results of a qualitative research are described in the practical part. A case study was chosen to be the most appropriate type of the research, which is conducted by the method of a semi-structured interview, observations and documents analysis
