Communication like an implement of education

The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the elements of communication by which teachers in practice try to make their teaching more effective. The author is monitor the variability of teacher communication with pupils in individual teaching hours depending on the given school classroom environment, the technical facilities of the classroom, the length of the teacher's practice and with regard to other variable phenomena and aspects related to this topic. The research itself is supported by semi-structured interviews with its participants, which illustrate the picture of the observed pedagogical situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, basic theoretical knowledge on the topic of communication is processed. First from a general point of view and then from a specific point of view - communication in the school (school environment) taking into account all possible variables that affect such communication.
