Pedagogical Diagnostics in Kindergarten

The bachelor thesis on "Educational Diagnostics in Nursery School" explores the current issue of the use of diagnostics in nursery schools when preparing a child for school. It charts the views of educators in Klatovy on the diagnostics of Mgr. Jiřina Bednářová and Vlasta Šmardová. It also focuses on the use of said diagnostics and related diagnostic tools or aids. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical section focuses on the definition of the concept of pedagogical diagnostics, on the process of diagnosis and its methods, on the use of the child's portfolio, on the characteristics of the child of older pre-school age, and the last chapter is devoted to the diagnosis of Bednářová and Šmardová. In practical terms, a questionnaire investigation is carried out. The research body is the teachers of the Klatovy nursery schools. The answers give the views and experience of the educators on the diagnostics in question, which is the aim of the bachelor thesis
