Children overweight, obesity and curative stay as a therapy option

Overweight and obesity in children is becoming a serious issue in all developed countries, including the Czech Republic. Obesity is often caused by different factors including: parents, the immediate surroundings of the children, overall poor eating habits and lifestyle. The number of overweight and obese children is increasing rapidly, causing diseases that usually occur in adults. Childhood obesity transmits to adulthood in approximately 80% of cases
