The professional satisfaction of teachers during their careers

The diploma thesis deals with the professional satisfaction of selected teachers in the implementation of their teaching profession. The theoretical part characterizes the teaching profession in terms of historical development and current changes. This is followed by teacher preparation for the profession and the topic of professional satisfaction from an overall perspective. In the practical part, the professional satisfaction of specific teachers during their careers is examined using qualitative research. The research is based on semi-structured interviews with selected teachers at different stages of school practice.
