The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of assessment of land consolidation pro-cess. The thesis deals with the differences and specifics in assessment methods for land consolidation and other assessment purposes. The literary part is first devoted to basic concepts in land consolidation and real es-tate assessment. Subsequently, the procedures and requisites for assessment at the ascertained price and the market price are described. The specifics of assessment for the purposes of land consolidation are also defined. In the practical part, on the example of selected lands, assessment for the purposes of land consolidation, assessment by the ascertained price and comparison of these values with market prices in the area is performed
