Hodnocení environmentálních dopadů při produkci vybraných olejnin

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the environmental load, which is related to the standard cultivation practices of oil crops (sunflower - Helianthus annuus, oilseed rape - Brassica napus, hemp - Cannabis sativa) by using the life cycle assessment method. The work deals with the comparison of these oil crops in the case of the production of 1 liter of potentially extractable cooking oil. For the purposes of the work, the functional unit of production (1 liter of oil) and the unit of area (equivalent unit of area needed to obtain the same amount of oil) were deter-mined. In the evaluation of environmental aspects, within the selected impact cate-gories, the greatest environmental load was associated with the production and use of fertilizers, the use of chemical plant protection, and agrotechnical operations
