The future of communication through Blockchain technology

This thesis aims to evaluate the possibilities of blockchain technology in terms of its application and impact on communication and business processes. The first part of this study is about how the blockchain was developed and by who. Then the operation of blockchain technology is described and explained in detail. This section also mentions real usage of blockchain technology. The second, main part follows the goals of the thesis, which are to evaluate the application of blockchain technology, to evaluate the impact on communication and business processes, to assess the advantages and disadvantages and to propose recommendations. It finds out what brand new opportunities do the blockchain-based communication and business processes bring to us and to the companies. The study based on a questionnaire survey also includes the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of this pretty new blockchain technology. The conclusion of the thesis shows various recommendations of the use of this blockchain technology in the future, based on these found pros and cons
