The aim of this thesis, entitled "The Employees Remuneration System in Selected Organization" was to analyze a company and then propose such changes and recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the remuneration system for employees in selected organizations. The company Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe CZ s.r.o. from České Budějovice was chosen for the elaboration of the diploma thesis.
