The aim of the diploma thesis is an analysis of the current situation of the system of quality costs management in the chosen company and propose suggestions to improve this system. For my diploma thesis I have chosen company Ging, s.r.o. The theoretical part contains basic information about quality, quality management, management concepts and quality costs.
