Trade Receivables in a Business Corporation

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of receivables arising from business relationships in a selected busi-ness corporation. The given business corporation has been selected for this study due to the fact that it holds a significant position on the market specialized in the electricity generation. Furthermore, this corporation has also its business activities abroad. This thesis describes various options of preventing vulnerable areas within receiv-ables and suggests solutions of dealing with such issues. The aim of the research is the efficiency evaluation of receivables management in the corporation followed by the suggestion of possible solutions related to question-able and irrecoverable debts. The outcomes of this thesis may be beneficial to the manager of the business de-partment in the selected corporation. In its conclusion, the thesis offers suggestions and recommendations to improve the accounts receivable management
