Analysis of the Remuneration System in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the remuneration system in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts. The first part presents the theory needed to understand the second part. It explains the basic connecting with the issue of remuneration system. In the following part is evaluated the payroll system of company ČSAD STTRANS in the town of Strakonice. It is focused on provided benefits and their use by employees. In particular, structured questionnaires were used to obtain the data, supplemented by a controlled interview with half of the company´s employees. The information were processed and evaluated. Thanks to the recommendations, representatives of the enterprises can achieve more effective remuneration, leading to increasing the motivation of their employees and their overall satisfaction. The study should bring the greatest benefit to the top management of the selected company and other similarly structured companies
