This bachelor thesis explores the system of remuneration in a company. The main objective is to assess the effectiveness of the remuneration system in the company and to suggest an improvement which increases the efficiency. The thesis is focused on various types of employee rewarding systems, methods of remuneration and benefits. The practical part describes a particular company and the activities it performs. The information about the company is based on an interview with the service manager. Topics of the interview relate to employee positions, the activities they perform, how they are remunerated, and the benefits they receive. The entire system of remuneration is analysed in this thesis. The efficiency of the system is evaluated by productivity.
