Deictic meanings of verbs in Spanish Language compared to Czech.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of deixe, specifically the meanings of deictic verbs in Spanish in comparison with Czech. Based on the knowledge of deictic verbs, obtained from available works dealing with the issue, the work presents several variable exercises that can be an inspiration for teaching Spanish to both current and future teachers. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the results of practical exercises focused on deictic verbs, which were developed by students of Spanish of various language levels. From these results, we are able to detect specific problems that students have with the use of deictic verbs. The works of all participating students form a student corpus. Selected works of this corpus were annotated in Analec. The Analec seems to be an ideal program for annotating a larger number of texts. The aim of the thesis is to emphasize the need to include deictic verbs in the teaching of Spanish. Students should not only master the use of these verbs, but should be aware of their meanings in Spanish in comparison with Czech when using them in everyday communication. The work can make it easier for Spanish teachers to teach the verbs ir, venir, traer and llevar by using the activity models suggested in the work
