Systém hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

The name of this thesis is " System of Employees Evaluation in the Chosen Company". The main aim of the work is to evaluate how the staff evaluation system works of the organization, namely Jihočeská univerzita v Českých Budějovicích. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic terms e.g. Human Resource Management, work performance, employee ratings and it provides essential information concerning employee evaluation system. The practical part of the thesis involves basic description of the selected organization. The following parts are dedicated to employee evaluation system in the chosen organization. Based on the results of the practical part, the deficiencies are identified and the measures proposed to remedy those shortcomings. The aforemetioned data were obtained from publicly available sources which was supplemented by information obtained from the organization surveyed. The information needed for the partial goal of the thesis was identified through a questionnaire
